Discover the tranquil charm of Alkis Farm and Residence, a sustainable retreat on the picturesque island of Zakynthos. Our three residences share a large communal pool, fostering relaxation and connection. Embracing sustainability, each residence is equipped with adjustable ceiling fans instead of air conditioning, providing comfort in the naturally cooler evenings due to our elevated location. TVs are not included by default, but available upon request, promoting a serene atmosphere. Breakfast is provided during July and August upon request.
Step inside the enchanting Archontiko residence, a charming two-storey building within Alkis Farm and Residence. This 90 square meters haven comfortably accommodates 4 guests, offering a harmonious blend of tradition and modern comforts. In the ground floor you will discover a fully-equipped kitchen and a cozy dining area. A sofa in the dining room can be transformed into a bed for a 5th guest upon request, with an additional charge. You will also find a bathroom with a shower, ensuring a comfortable stay. Ascend to the first floor to find a welcoming living room and 2 well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a sumptuous double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, providing a private sanctuary for relaxation. The second bedroom features 2 inviting single beds, perfect for friends or family members.

Mylos offers a convenient indoor bathroom with a shower, while also preserving the charm of traditional architecture with a separate outdoor bathroom, complete with a shower and a dedicated key for guests' exclusive use. For larger groups, a built-in sofa in the living room can accommodate a 5th guest upon request with an additional charge.

Stavlos features 2 tastefully-appointed bedrooms: one with a sumptuous double bed and an integrated bathroom with a shower, and the other with 2 cozy single beds. A second bathroom with a shower ensures convenience and privacy for all guests. The fully equipped kitchen and inviting living room create the perfect setting for relaxation and shared moments. For larger parties, a 5th guest can be accommodated with a comfortable camp bed, available upon request with an additional charge.
Alkis Farm and Residence offers a communal pool, on-site farm, vegetable garden, ceiling fans, and optional TV. Our antique furnishings require a 300€ damage guarantee, returned upon departure.
